Icom has been developing
radio communication equipment for over forty years. Its heritage has always
been based on technical excellence from the first analogue PLL circuit in
the IC-200, to the ground-breaking 32-bit floating point DSP of the
IC-756PRO. Ham radio stations increasingly use high power and high gain
antennas that raise the field strength of unintended signals, and thus
require a wider receiver dynamic range. Icom has developed the flagship
model IC-7800 which is a fusion of forty years analogue RF circuit
development expertise, with cutting edge digital technology. The result is
110dB dynamic range, +40dB 3rd order intercept point in HF bands and other
phenomenal performance features. The receivers combine various current and
new technology, to obtain the +40dBm IP3.

The IC-7600 HF/50MHz transceiver is enhanced with some of
the main features tried and tested on our flagship IC-7700/7800 models,
highly regarded by Amateur operators world-wide. Add over 45 years of
analogue RF circuit expertise and the result is the IC-7600, a new rig with

The Yaesu ATU-450 antenna tuner is designed exclusively for the Yaesu
FT-450. This automatic tuner mounts inside the bottom of the transceiver.
The impedance matching range is 16.5 to 150 ohms (up to 3:1 SWR).
Accordingly the ATU-450 should not be expected to match long wire
antennas. Please note that the ATU-450 cannot be used with the ATAS-120A. A
clicking sound during tuning is normal.
